    <content type="html">Pressure must be increased on &lt;a href="http://www.livejournal.com/users/_bigbad_"&gt;my nemesis&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perhaps a little something to more effectively isolate him.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will bide my time, and stake out his crypt.  When he leaves...I will make it unhospitable to his kind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Holy water.  Communion wafers.  Crosses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If he cannot re-enter at sunup, perhaps he'll burn, and I will be there to watch.</content>

    <content type="html">The vampire is a beast.  A monster.  Human thought and cunning will be my strongest weapons.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Research is another.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;His name is Spike.  He was called William the Bloody.  Years ago, a restraint was placed in his brain, disabling his ability to feed, and to hunt humans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can show &lt;a href="http://www.livejournal.com/users/anya_j"&gt;Anya&lt;/a&gt; how poorly she's chosen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All will take is the disabling of any avenue of sustenance for this beastly lover of hers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The local butcher shops.  I can compensate them for the loss of funding that closing doors for a month's time will cost them.  I can then hire strongarms to remove blood stock from the local hospitals and blood banks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There was a tavern in town that provided human blood for their vampiric patrons, but, luckily, it has closed it's doors for rebuilding.  Willy's Place will not be an avenue he can use.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When he's driven mad with hunger, he'll leave town to find a more likely source of food.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I *WILL* win out in the end.</content>

This is a city full of dark beings, several of whom cannot possibly fear a vampire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;small&gt;I am disturbed she would let a vampire touch her so intimately. Especially not some &lt;a href="http://www.livejournal.com/users/_bigbad_"&gt;ridiculous Englishman&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I approached the Magic Box last evening, to bring wine and chocolates to &lt;a href="http://www.livejournal.com/users/anya_j"&gt;my intended&lt;/a&gt;.  What do I find?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The pair of them, atop a table, coupling like wild animals.  I was so furious I could barely see.  The wine bottle was dashed against the pavement, the chocolates thrown in the dumpster.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They will BOTH pay for this indignaty.</content>

I was accosted by three homeless urchins, panhandling for change.  Alas, I carry no cash, so I was not able to help them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is quite disturbing.
